Set back from the road, the house is approached by a tree lined driveway which leads to a large gravelled sweep to the front of the house – your home for the day.
This beautiful country house has been carefully restored to its former splendour with a subtle hint of contemporary elegance, which effortlessly complements all styles of wedding and receptions whether you are looking for a small intimate wedding or a larger lavish affair.
We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies in a number of beautiful locations so whether you are considering indoor or outdoor we offer the perfect setting to say I DO. If you are considering a traditional church wedding, located just a few miles from the grounds are two beautiful parish churches, St Andrews, Hatfield Peverel and All Saints Terling.
Exclusively yours for the day, the house offers a true country house wedding feel, with a welcoming Reception Hall, Stylish Ballroom leading out onto the Terrace and a elegant Drawing Room for you and your guests to relax in. There are twelve beautifully furnished guests rooms offering the ultimate luxury in overnight stay. If extra rooms are required there are local hotels situated just a short drive from the venue.
Hatfield Place is located half a mile from the village of Hatfield Peverel in Essex with excellent transport links to the A12, M11 and M25, making us within easy reach of Essex, London, Kent, Suffolk & Hertfordshire.
